Vocational training

and personal growth

The school is open to everyone, both those who want to deepen their knowledge of the subject for their own personal research (practitioners) and those who want to obtain a professional training for the teaching of Chinese disciplines (students/teachers).

01. Taiji Quan

An internal martial art, Taiji Quan involves what is done on an energy level more than what is done with the body. Understanding how to “not do” is definitely the deepest way to approach this discipline.

02. Neigong Tuina

A wellness practice originating in ancient Chinese medical wisdom. Neigong Tuina is different from the classic, more famous Tuina because it becomes an individual practice for the performer who must be ready to work with the body of others.

03. Qigong

An energetic discipline far from the martial arts of Taijiquan, this abstract practice works directly on energy. There are more than 500 types of Qigong and we have selected those that we consider effective for the well-being of the practitioner.
